Please use our online booking portal to save a quote or to book any journey at your convenience.

  • Mileage and Cost Estimates: Enter your travel details into our portal and it will automatically calculate the mileage for each route and provide a comprehensive quote.
  • Vehicle Selection: Our booking system offers a variety of vehicle types for you to choose from. Whether you need an executive class saloon, a luxury long wheelbase saloon (LWB) or a spacious MPV, you can select the one that best suites your needs
  • Real-Time Quotes: The portal provides real-time quotes based on current rates, ensuring you receive an accurate estimate for your travel costs.
  • Travel Time Estimates: The system also provides an approximate travel time for each route, helping you choose the most time-efficient option for your journey.

On submitting your booking request, one of our customer service representatives will contact you to confirm your booking and a confirmation PDF will be emailed to you (subject to our availability). At 17:00 GMT on the day before you travel you will receive an assurance message by email or SMS providing chauffeur and vehicle details.

On the day of travel, additional assurance alerts will be sent when the chauffeur is on route and at the pick-up location. These alerts will include a link displaying the chauffeurs image, name, (masked) mobile telephone number, vehicle model and registration number ensuring complete peace of mind throughout your journey.

Booking Portal Instructions
  1. Select the requested service type then enter your collection date and time. Input your pick-up address. As you type the system will suggest addresses; choose the correct address from the dropdown list. Include the building name or number and post code then use the same procedure for the destination address. Google Maps will generate and display the route along with calculating the travel time and distance. If applicable add any via points (click the + sign for additional pick-up/drop-off locations). Click “next” to proceed.
  2. Scroll down to view the various vehicle options and their corresponding prices. If you want to continue select your preferred vehicle type and click “next”.
  3. Provide the necessary hire details (you can edit any of your selections by clicking “back”). Click “next”.
  4. Review and confirm your itinerary. You now have the option to add a return journey, add another journey or proceed to book. Additionally, you can save the quote and it will be sent to you via email including a link allowing you to easily return to the quote later.
  5. Complete the Booker details (if they are the same as the passenger details, click “copy”). Select your preferred payment method and click “Book Now”.

Payments
Unlike other providers we do not require a deposit or payment at the time of booking. Once your Special Occasion and Event car booking is confirmed we will send you an invoice via email. This invoice will include a secure payment link for credit or debit card payments. If you prefer to pay through BACS, our company banking details will also be provided on the invoice.

Fuel Surcharge
A temporary fuel surcharge may be applied to cover increased operating costs due to global market instability.

We do not provide a local short distance taxi service and minimum charges apply. A request DOES NOT constitute a booking until confirmed by ourselves. We reserve the right to decline a booking request.

This was the first time that I have used Executive Cars Derby Ltd. I booked them for an Airport transfer to Birmingham and was so impressed by the communication from the start of the booking, and even on the day. We used the transfer service from Heathrow Airport to Derby. Our driver, Mr. Kay, was really kind and considerate. He checked repeatedly whether we were comfortable. In addition, he stopped at a coffee shop and a supermarket before arriving at the hotel. It was a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend this service to everyone.

Another exceptional service from Executive Cars Derby! From initial booking through to the chauffeur pick up and drop off the service was excellent. Kay was our designated driver. Used these guys before. As always efficient and helpful - thier system keeps you up to date on progress. Kay is such a nice driver and went out of his way to be welcoming and helpful supplying drinks and fruit. Helping with luggage etc. I highly reccomend using Exec cars and particularly Kay anyway but he drives a stretched MPV that can accommodate more passengers and luggage.

I booked Executive Cars Derby to transfer me from Sutton Coldfield to Heathrow T5. The booking process was seamless and communication excellent. The updates kept coming with a text message informing me the chauffeur was on the way and another when the vehicle arrived - exactly at the time I had asked for. I’d booked a Mercedes E class (or equivalent) so imagine my delight when an S-Class arrived! Enough leg room for me to stretch out with the passenger seat pulled fully forward for my comfort. Ian was quick to point me towards the complimentary bottled water, sweets and hand sanitiser on board. 👏 We simply “wafted” to Heathrow and some enjoyable conversation and the chance to film some scenes for a project I’m working on. Ian’s use of speed was superb. Slowed up when weather conditions closed in and didn’t exceed the speed limit once. I was so relaxed on arrival that I’ll certainly be doing this again on future journeys. Thanks Ian. I’d recommend to the reader without hesitation.

Booked again with Executive cars Derby Ltd to get us from Derbyshire to London Heathrow to fly on holiday. Booked via the website, was very straight forward, confirmation was received by email and updated that our driver was Kay, that was it. A week prior to travelling we paid for the trip in full, evening before received text to Confirm Kay would be arriving. Kay arrived on time and we departed for Heathrow to fly on holiday with the family. Kay was very helpful and professional. Dropped us off in good time. Kay was bang on time for our return flight ten days later, even furnished us with a nice coffee and tea when he met us. Our trip home was uneventful and we arrived home With no fuss or bother.
